Winter Wonderland, a drive-thru holiday light display, is the largest fundraiser for TARC, Inc. in Topeka, KS.
The funds raised from the event help TARC to continue providing excellent service, support, and advocacy to children, families, and adults in Topeka & Shawnee County with developmental, intellectual, and related disabilities.

This exciting new opportunity encourages both locals and visitors to explore many festive events in Topeka, including Zoo Lights, SLI Festival of Trees, Miracle on Kansas Avenue Parade and many more! Collect stamps on your passport as you attend these festive events. If you get 7 out of 10 stamped you can be entered in a drawing for a staycation!
